In March of 2011 DUFAS has published a guidance paper on risk management, the English translation of which is available here. This DUFAS guidance paper offers guidance on implementing Dutch legislative requirements regarding risk management for individual and collective asset management.

The Dutch supervisor AFM supports this guidance paper and sees it as an excellent replacement of the draft guidance the AFM had consulted on in september of 2010.
